We only stayed one night as we were travelling down to Bordeaux. Communication was fantastic from the team, we were arriving around 8pm and therefore were quite close to the check-in time limit. I messaged the property and they said it was fine as they were there until about 8:30pm. On arrival the staff were very helpful and friendly (Camille, and apologies as I do not remember the name of the other lady), The check-in was easy and they were extremely accommodating of the fact that we needed to leave very early in the morning. We have booked a double room which was paired with another twin room, it also had a small private outside seating area with a front door that you could lock. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Each room had their own separate shower and toilet area, again all very clean and well presented. It was such a short stay, that we didn't have time for breakfast so unable to comment on that. The staff helped us with information regarding the BAC ferry which was very much appreciated. We are sorry that we had to leave very early and didn't have a chance to say thank you.

Made to feel 'Very Welcome' after a long drive through the heavy Rain from Dieppe. When it was clear we were aiming to take the Royan "Bac" / Ferry the following morning the Staff arranged for a very good Breakfast to be served 30 minutes earlier: that made a good deal of difference! Room 101 was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The Restaurant next door went out of their way to match our requests over Dinner - the food was quite "an Experience", too.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well maintained room, huge comfy bed, excellent shower. Good location with the market and a street with cafes and shops around the corner.

Friendly welcome, clean quiet and very comfortable hotel. Secure parking for our bikes overnight and a really comfortable bed! Excellent breakfast in the smart recently renovated dining room. Very good and interesting restaurant next door.

I arrived a little after midnight and their out of hours entry system was very simple. Excellent breakfast as well.
